For our members and their guests, we offer our facilities for meetings, dinners, celebrations, and dances.  Arrangements are made with the club manager, and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.  Four rooms available from which to choose:

LODGE ROOM:                                  Seats 230 with dance area; 300 guests without $500

FRONT RANGE ROOM:                   Seats 130 with dance area; 180 without $400

BURGUNDY ROOM:                         With dance floor; seats 75 $300

EASTMAN ROOM:                             Seats 35 without dance area $150

Price does not vary with length of time & includes room, tables, chairs & setup. 

FULL BAR SERVICE is available as cash bar or open bar.

PARKING in our lot, or public garage across the street.  Front entry, wheelchair accessible and well-lighted area.

FULL BANQUET SERVICES, professionally prepared and served, are offered by our staff, including all beverage needs.

APPETIZER BUFFETS, including room, cash bar, linens and custodian:

ADDITIONAL APPETIZER SELECTION:            MEATBALLS in spicy sauce, CRAB CANAPES, CHINESE EGGROLLS, CHICKEN DRUMETTES, BARBEQUE PORK with buns, FRIED CHICKEN FINGERS, FRIED VEGETABLES OR MUSHROOMS, ROLLED SLICED MEATS with buns.

FORMAL BUFFET SERVICE at $14.50 for one choice, $16.75 for two choices including room, cash bar, linens, custodian: Carved BARON OF BEEF, medium rare, GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST, DIJON MUSTARD CHICKEN, CHICKEN DIVAN, TURKEY AND DRESSING, HAM, GRILLED SALMON STEAK (Add 75¢), SEAFOOD ROMANOFF, CHICKEN PARMESAN, LASAGNA, FETTUCCINE ALFREDO, ROAST PORK.

Served with Garden Salad, Fruit, Steamed Vegetables, Potato or Pasta, Rolls and Butter, Beverage.

Front Door Security: Security may be required at the discretion of the club manager.

TAX 6.7% AND GRATUITY ADDED FOR WAIT HELP AT 15% ON ALL FOOD SERVICE AND OPEN BAR PURCHASES.

WEDDING DECORATION PACKAGE:                $150.00

Includes wedding arch, punch bowls and three gallons of punch, linens and skirting for head table, gift, book, cake and coffee tables, candles on mirrors for head and guest tables.

PAYMENT: Payment for all charges are due on the day of your function.  We accept Visa MC & Discover credit cards, cash or check.
